Overview

The Chicago Industrial Sales team of Colliers International’s Chicago Office is known as one of the preeminent advisory teams servicing institutional industrial property investors. The team is lead by Steve Disse and Jeff Devine collectively offering 50 years of experience as intermediaries in the industrial capital markets. ​

 

With a primary focus and expertise in the Chicago market, Steve and Jeff have been the leading brokers of institutional quality industrial real estate in the Chicago area over the past decade in addition to transacting approximately 30% of their annual volume in the surrounding major Midwest markets. They have orchestrated several of the lowest cap rate deals sold in Chicago and have closed nearly $3 billion in sale transactions over the past 5 years.
